Most often, store owners restricts customer purchases by adding limitation on the number of items they need to purchase to checkout and complete an order.

  • From the admin panel, navigate to [any Joobi eCommerce] >> Orders page >> Cart Preferences
  • From the cart preferences, locate Minimum Items under Customers section and set your desired value for a customer to checkout in your store
  • Click [Save] button

If a customer checkout a product lower than the required number of products, below message will be displayed.
