Specify an hour to send smart newsletter

Hello dear

i bought PRO version yesterday to send automatic smart newsletter...
I don't understand how to change the hour... I read some posts about cron but i don't understand the procedure.

i create a new cron task in my ijoobi account. That's right.
But acajoom sends smart newsletter at 23:55:17

I read this post:

But don't work. Yesterday i configure new smart newsletter near 19:30 and the smart was send near 23:55:17 ...Today i make a new smar newsletter at 11:00:00 ... nothing happens for the moment. I supose at 23:55:17 will send those smart.
