Trying to Import Existing Subscribers

I'm trying to find out how to import an existing database of 300 subscribers (in .txt, .cvs. or any format) When I click on the import tab in Acajoom News 3.0.7 there doesn't seem to be any actionable buttons to acomplish this task. Is there another modual I need or is this feature not included in this version? Is there a way to accomplish this manually?
