Newsletters considered as SPAM

Hi,
I also have a big problem with acajoom pro under joomla 1.5.8.
I rent a server in France (dedibox.fr, ip=88.191.75.66 shared with my other sites) and when I send my newsletter in html (in test for the moment via php mail function), it is really too often that the emails are considered as SPAM. And often the ISP block the newletter and therefore even the recipient is not aware of my sending.
gmail marks the newletter as spam (spam folder)
wanadoo does not allow the recipient to see this newletter (blocking it)
yahoo does not show the email (don't know if blocked earlier or in spam folder)

hotmail.fr -> rejected : Connected to 65.54.245.104 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 OU-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems.

free.fr let it go through. normal, dedibox and free.fr are in the same group (iliad)
my domain let it go through (graphicom.tm.fr, on the same server, same ip) normal.

Can you help a bit more than the 2 answers about SPAM you gave today ? because otherwise, acajoom is useless and we would better use another company service specialised in newletter (dolist.net, emailvision.fr or others) rather than doing it ourselves with acajoom via our server.
Please help with hints.
